I had an issue with the photo I selected but contacted customer service and they advised I had 1 free change of photo- 2nd photo was much better and the finished portrait was brilliant

Dispute several changes the final product looked nothing like the photos sent, and certainly nothing like my wife.
For the money, it's very disappointing.

This was a birthday present for my friend + she (& I) both loved it, it came out perfectly! The artists were very receptive to the comments I left for my friend’s picture + they were addressed + the finished product was exactly what I had in mind. Also the shipping/delivery took way less time than I expected; I was worried it wouldn’t come in time when in fact it came much earlier than I thought. Overall an amazing present + I would 100% recommend this (might have to get one for myself )
